About

I qualified as an osteopath from the London School of Osteopathy. My dissertation focused on osteoporosis in both men and women, an area of particular interest to me.

My desire to become an osteopath began when I was treated by one while studying my first degree in Sports Science at Kingston University—even though at the time I barely knew what osteopathy was! A close friend from my course later decided to become a physiotherapist, and I joked that if she became a physiotherapist, I’d become an osteopath. I’ve always had a strong interest in sports injuries, especially having experienced a few myself.

Sport has been a major part of my life from a young age. As a child, I competed in swimming, before switching to athletics and football as a teenager. While at Kingston, I took up rugby, which I’ve been playing ever since for Harlequins Amateur Women. I’m proud to be one of only eight female players in Harlequins Rugby Club’s history to have received their club colours. As I gradually ease out of playing rugby, running and cycling have become a big part of my life.

When I’m not participating in sport, I’m watching it! I’m a season ticket holder at both Fulham FC and Surrey CCC.
