Imaobong (Ima) is a HCPC-registered Podiatrist with a Degree in Podiatry from the University of Brighton. With clinical experience spanning diverse healthcare settings, including private podiatry clinics, NHS facilities, and specialist clinics overseas, Ima provides comprehensive podiatric care grounded in evidence-based treatments. Ima provides key treatments that include conventional and surgical treatment for infected ingrown toenails, verruca treatment options, fungal infection treatment, callus and corn debridement and enucleation.
Ima has an interest in exploring the role of functional medicine in resolving podiatric conditions and is continually developing skills in diabetic foot care, wound care assessments, nail surgery, and orthotic therapy. Her approach integrates traditional podiatric practices with holistic and whole-person care.
Drawing from years of practice in alternative therapies, Ima brings a unique perspective to patient care that bridges conventional and complementary approaches. This background inspired her journey into podiatry and continues to inform her belief that optimal foot health requires understanding the individual behind the condition. She is committed to staying current with the latest research and treatment modalities, always seeking to empower patients through education and compassionate, patient-centred care.
